a Wedding and Vacation

On a happier note, the hubby and I are down south for vacation - the first vacay wemve taken by OURSELVES in 6 years! I'll blog a little about it but will have to wait until we're home to post pictures.

The first day we just drove. That's it. But the secong day we drove all morning the Blue Ridge Parkway in VA. Gorgeous! We saw a mama bear and her two cubs! I was funbling with the camera so only got on picture of mama. I also got lots of other good photos. Then last night we went to Tennis Girl's wedding reception. At a castle. No shit! It was BEAUTIFUL!! So I'll have to post pix of that too.

Today is the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Whoopie. (Said with lackluster enthusiasm...) just so you know, this was not on my "to do" list....
