Another boring day

Sorry - I got nutin'. I can't get pictures to upload and I have nothing interesting to tell. Well, unless you consider the fact that I can barely raise my arms above parallel with my nose interesting. I started lifting again this morning. Decided to start with upper body. My arms were SO tired when I got home I just dried the hair (had to flip hair over and dry upside-down. Arms could not hold dryer above head..) and threw it in a ponytail. How does this make it any differnt than any other day? Any other day I'm just lazy so I flip the hair over to dry and then put it in a ponytail. Today arms would not have participated had I decided to actually "do" the hair. That's the difference....
