Ok - I knew Marriott guy's name wasn't Akmed but I thought I heard something close to that but one syllabyl longer. Like if someone's name was Christina but you thought you heard Christy...

Turns out his name is Fernando... um, not really close to Akmed... So sorry Fernando! I'll definitely be sure to get your name right especially since you sent me wine!!!

(I hope that my mistake was understandable since I was in full-blown migraine mode...)
