I made it! I completed the half marathon, within the time limit - before they forced people off the course. So I call that a winner!
Today and yesterday (especially) I was convinced instead of running 13.1 miles someone chased me 13.1 miles and then proceeded to beat me with a baseball bat. However, Tri-Girl insisted that's not exactly what happened. And I should believe her because she's the veteran of these races.
I will post more on the weekend. Right now I want to unpack and sleep. And hopefully I'll wake up in time to go to work tomorrow ('cuz I didn't ask for tomorrow off, so if I don't show up they might get worried...)
